Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use the Clearline website or request mobile auto detailing. By submitting a request, you agree to these terms.
Requests, pricing, and appointments
A website submission is an appointment request, not a confirmed booking. Your appointment is confirmed only after Clearline accepts the request and you approve the service details. Displayed package prices are firm for standard vehicles in typical condition. An additional charge or custom quote may apply only for unusually heavy conditions, requested extras, restricted access, or oversized and specialty vehicles such as large vans and RVs. Any price adjustment will be explained and approved before work begins.
Preparing for mobile service
You agree to provide accurate vehicle and location information, a safe and legal place to work, reasonable access to the vehicle, and when required, an outdoor water tap and standard power outlet. Please remove valuables and personal items before service and disclose known damage, delicate modifications, biohazards, pests, or other unsafe conditions.
Results and vehicle condition
Clearline will perform the agreed service with reasonable care. Some stains, odors, contamination, scratches, wear, or damage may be permanent or may require services outside the agreed detail. Specific results are not guaranteed. Clearline is not responsible for existing damage, ordinary wear, undisclosed defects, or items left in the vehicle, to the extent permitted by law.
Changes, cancellations, and payment
Contact Clearline as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. Weather, unsafe conditions, unavailable utilities, or other circumstances may require a new time. Payment is due as agreed when the appointment is confirmed or service is completed. Any added work or price change will be discussed before it is performed.
Booking communications
By submitting a request, you authorize Clearline to use the contact details you provide to email an acknowledgment and respond personally about that request and any related appointment. The booking form does not enroll you in automated marketing messages.
Website use and liability
Do not misuse the website, submit false requests, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access. To the extent permitted by law, Clearline is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or services. Nothing here limits rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms as the business or services change. The effective date above shows the latest revision. Colorado law applies where permitted, without limiting any consumer protections that apply to you.
